Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept any returns or exchanges of products. We are willing to replace any product if it arrives damaged or defective within two (2) weeks of the delivery date indicated on the postal tracking website at no cost to the buyer. In cases of damaged or defective items, please reach out to email@example.com with 1) the name on the order, 2) name of the damaged/defective product, 3) and image of the issue. (Please note: difficulty painting nails is not considered "defective product.")
We do not issue any cash returns or card/payment service refunds.
